I live near an educational non-profit that has a monarch butterfly pavillion where they shelter and hatch eggs for later release as butterflies. I was inspired one day to see scores and scores of monarch caterpillars in the pavillion powerfully eating their way through all the milkweed growing there. It was a sight I will never forget.
